Enhancing Participant Engagement and Guidance in Coaching Sessions
Cherrie engaged all the participants, ensured they were involved in the activities, and provided clear instructions without interfering with their decision-making or creativity. Her patient and energetic approach was commendable. The other coaches could be more proactive in engaging all the participants, rather than allowing some to observe passively. Providing more detailed instructions from the coaches on the next steps could have better guided the younger participants, instead of some running over to other groups to observe and ask.
